IN every state except Montana, The bullying law mandates every school to have a formal policy to help identify the behavior but to also discuss formal or informal disciplinary action for said behavior, according to cyberbullying.org

America has recognized bullying as a wide spread problem that spans the entire nation and they are seeking to solve the problem at the source during a pivotal time in growth.

Multiple bullying discussion forums have popped up as a place to share your experiences and to grow in the knowledge of bullying such as psychforums.com and able2know.org. There are also some podcasts specifically targeting bullying such as work place bullying podcast or Grogans Bully Proof. Some Elementary schools are even hosting anti-bullying assemblies What a great way to connect and face a challenge together!

We should all get involved when we see people bring bullying to provide some support and hope for the person being bullying.
