When i was in school students would call me Pinocchio because I have a big nose and I was called Dumbo because I have big ears. Luckily i let the insults slide off my back but many people hold those criticisms their whole lives.

There are various different forms of bullying such as verbal bullying, physical bullying and social bullying.

Effects of Bullying: Social Isolation, Sleep Disturbance, low self esteem, anxiety, bed-wetting, psychosomatic symptoms, depression, and poor school performance, substance abuse, post traumatic stress disorder and suicide.

Bullying causes real life problems for the victim that can last their entire life and hinder them from being a productive citizen. Many times these effects will lead the victim to long term medications.
